This is wonderful in a classic G&T due to the intensity of flavour, but works very well in a Cardamon Spiced Gin Sour.
- 50ml Navy Strength Asian Parsnip
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 15ml cardamom syrup (see below)
- 1 egg white
- Cardamom (freshly grated or ground), for garnish
For the cardamom syrup:
- 6 green cardamom pods
- 100g white sugar
- 100ml water
